First, 10 points to Cigar for explaining ‘wawa’.

And as for which part of the US matches which part of the human anatomy, I am reminded of wrestler Bret The Hitman’s Hart assertion while he was involved in the excellent Canadian nationalism angle in WWE: “If you were going to give the United States of America an enema, you’d stick the hose right here in Pittsburgh!”

Wow…two former Jersey girls!

Jersey often gets a bad rap, which doesn’t mean we can’t make fun of it…Actually, the Armpit of America is the state of Indiana…(and this is not me saying that, it’s anyone I’ve ever talked to from Indiana)

Being a Jersey Girl (born and raised) I can understand why some people might think my home state is the Armpit of America. That of course is the NORTH half of the state. Cross the bridge and head past the Amboys and you enter the south where the shore, ocean drives, large summer homes and picturesque towns are. (Except for Atlantic City, of course. That place is a dump.)

The best song someone could come up with would be “The Southern Half of Jersey doesn’t Suck (as much as the North Does)” The title might need some work.

Oh come on, you bust balls about Jersey but you say Pittsburgh and Philly are just dandy? Gimme a break. A Wawa is a convenience store (that originated from New Jersey) and the big ol’ state of PA only has one more store than it’s neighboring state to the west.
